Service Cancellation
Clients who are on a monthly retainer or ongoing service contract may cancel their services by providing a written notice to our team at least 30 days in advance. This allows us to smoothly off-board your project and halt any upcoming campaigns.
Refund Policy
Because we provide intangible, digital goods and consultative labor, we do not issue traditional “returns.”
- Services Already Rendered: No refunds will be issued for services that have already been rendered or for labor hours already logged by our team.
- Case-by-Case Basis: We value our client relationships. Any requests for a refund on unrendered services or immediate cancellations are handled strictly on a case-by-case basis.
- Deposit/Upfront Fees: For project-based work (like Web Development or Graphic Design), upfront deposits are generally non-refundable once work has officially commenced, to cover our initial strategy and design phases.
